How do I change my email address or password on my FA profile?
Change Email Address
- Sign into your FA profile by clicking on Login in the top of the screen. This will take you to your profile page.
- Click on Edit My Profile.
- Update the email address listed in both the Email and Confirm Email fields.
- Click Save Changes.
Change Password
- Sign into your FA profile by clicking on Login in the top of the screen. This will take you to your profile page.
- Scroll down and click the Change My Password link.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter the new password in both the New Password field and Password Confirmation field.
- Click the Change Password button.
Forgot Password
- Go to the Login Page and click the Forgot Your Password? link.
- Enter the email address associated with your FA Profile.
- Click Send Reset Password link.
- When the email is sent, you will see this confirmation message: “We have emailed your password reset link!”
Note: If your email address is not found, you will see this error message: “We can't find a user with that email address.” Check to see if your email address is entered correctly. If you need assistance, please email web@foodaddicts.org. - Check your email to find the reset password link email from fa@foodaddicts.org. If you don’t receive an email, check your SPAM/Junk/Promotions folder.
- Click the Reset Password button in the email you received to reset your password.
- Enter a password that meets these requirements: passwords must be 8-24 characters and include at least 1 letter and at least 1 number.
- Re-enter the password to confirm your password.
- Click the Reset Password button.
Can't Access Email
- If you no longer have access to the email address in your FA profile, please send an email to web@foodaddicts.org and we can change it for you. You may be asked to provide confirmation of your address and phone number.
