Connection Magazine Subscription Cancellation Policy
Thank you for subscribing to the Connection magazine! We value your support and want to ensure you are satisfied with your subscription. Please review the cancellation terms below:

If you wish to cancel your Connection magazine subscription and you never received an issue of the magazine, you may do so and get your money back if your subscription was purchased BEFORE the 9th of the month OR between the 11th of the month to the end of the month. If you have received one or more issues of the Connection magazine, we are not able to refund your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect copy of the Connection magazine, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will provide you with a replacement or a refund for the damaged/incorrect item upon verification. Please note you will not receive a copy of the Connection magazine in January nor July (There are 10 issues a year, with two issues that are combined months - January/February and July/August.)

Missing Item: If you do not receive your Connection magazine before the second week of the following month, please get in touch with us so we can rectify the situation.
