Health Fair Essentials

This is a list of items groups might want to keep together to take to health fairs. Most groups put the materials in a box to make them easily available to take the materials to the fair.

1. Banners and tablecloths, if purchased by the group. If your banners and/or tablecloths have the old logo, you might want to consider replacing them.
2. Trifolds, health care brochures, and pamphlets (English and Spanish versions when available)
3. Old connection Magazine copies and FA Book for optional display
4. Four to six racks to display trifolds, brochures, and pamphlets.
5. Binder with the following Health Fair Information and Forms
   
   • Health Fair Checklist Form
   • Schedule of Volunteers
   • Individual Information Request Form
   • Health Care Providers Contact List Form
   • Health Fair Evaluation Form
   • Expense Reimbursement Form: WAI, EAI
6. Supplies
   • Blue masking tape and clear packing tape
   • Pens, pencils, and clipboards
   • Scissors
   • Clipboards
   • Nametags for volunteers
   • Black marker or Sharpie
